Hi, I'm Katelyn

As an E-RYT 200 with over 1,000 classes taught and certifications in trauma-informed yoga, I am deeply committed to creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you can move freely and connect with your inner self. No matter what style of yoga you choose to practice.

I approach every class as both a guide and a lifelong student, constantly deepening my practice to make spirituality accessible and empower you to listen to your body’s unique needs. Ultimately, I believe your individual experience is the heart of the practice, and I am honored to hold space for your growth and self-discovery.

SLOW FLOW/BURN

Experience deep stretching and a gentle build-up of warmth through slow, flowing movements and transitions. Extended holds, paired with mindful breathing, prepare the body for a prolonged savasana and complete release.

VINYASA YOGA

Start with grounding and a mindful warm-up, then build to a dynamic flow to elevate heart rate and energy. Progress to a peak sequence and/or pose. The class concludes with breathwork, gentle stretches, and a relaxing savasana. Variations are provided for all levels.

YIN/RESTORATIVE

Yin Yoga: A meditative practice of floor-based postures held for 3–5 minutes. By targeting connective tissues and fascia, we improve mobility and cultivate internal stillness.

Restorative Yoga: The art of effortless 'being.' Fully supported by props, this practice eliminates tension to invite the nervous system into a state of rest and healing.

MEDITATION & SOUND

This class begins with gentle movements to awaken energy, then transitions into guided meditation varying each session. The experience culminates in a soothing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, concluding with a deeply relaxing savasana.
