Shake off the winter dust and awaken your senses as we transition into the season of growth. Join John John and Katelyn at the beautiful Tilvee Skincare studio for an afternoon dedicated to rejuvenation, connection, and deep rest.
This special collaboration blends the fluid energy of seasonal movement with the restorative power of sound, creating a space for you to land softly and bloom fully.
The Experience
Mindful Movement: Katelyn will lead a yoga flow designed to open the body and harmonize your energy with the rising light of spring.
Sonic Journey: John John will transition the space into a deep-tissue "massage" for the mind, using a curated sound bath to soothe the nervous system and anchor you in the present moment.
